Hi friends. I’m trying something new and sharing a project vlog of me making a new mini quilt top. I like watching other artists and crafters make their art and I thought I’d give it a go. In this video, I’m making a Protostar mini quilt top. If you’d like to make this quilt top you can find the pattern in my shop.
Protostar is part of a series of mini quilts inspired by runes. Each mini quilt represents a different aspect of life to focus on for comfort and healing. The idea is to think about that particular aspect of life while making the quilt and focus on putting those energies into the making process. Protostar is loosely based on a rune symbolizing boundaries. The pattern comes with a short prompt to help you think about boundaries in your life and where you may need or want to add or get rid of them.
